guides you into deep remembrance within yourself, activates parts within you, that might have been lost and are ready to be reclaimed. Through movement, breath, sounding, working with the elements, the Goddesses and the great mystery we open ourselves up to receive the healing that serves our highest good. Through dance we can work in depth with our shadow and light, embrace all that we are and become more whole with every breath we take.
I believe our soul is communicating through our body. I believe true transformation happens in our bodies through the reprogramming of our cells. No matter what we have stored in our bodies, what keeps us stuck in life - we have the power to alchemize and heal everything through our own sexual energy, our life force.
